Le salari\u00e9 peut demander l\u2019annulation de la clause et des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats pour pr\u00e9judice moral ou professionnel. Une clause trop large peut co\u00fbter cher \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>Les inspecteurs du travail peuvent aussi intervenir.
